Why Invite-Only
The civil-justice dead zone is a public-good problem, not a growth-hack lane. More than 9 million cases per year fall in the $20K to $500K range. An estimated 20,000 to 100,000+ of them are valid plaintiff cases that die for lack of capital. That isn't a market we want to scale into carelessly.
Invite-only lets us start small with the people most likely to use the stack well: activist firms, B-Corp funders, mission-aligned attorneys, and a few partners doing serious work. Hand-curated weekly cohorts at first, partner-channel introductions over time. Every applicant gets read.
